Smackz LLC (“Smackz,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates this marketing website (the “Site”) to share information about our restaurant technology platform and collect early-access waitlist signups. This policy applies only to this Site and not to the Smackz ordering platform or any restaurant-operated service powered by Smackz.

We do not share mobile numbers or SMS opt-in data with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile numbers are shared only with the SMS service provider we use to deliver the messages on our behalf, under contract.

• Service providers that help us operate the Site, including hosting, email delivery, SMS delivery, analytics, and customer support, under contracts requiring confidentiality and limited use

6. Data Retention

We retain waitlist and contact information for as long as needed to fulfill the purposes described above, including notifying you of our launch and responding to your inquiries. If you ask to be removed from the waitlist or unsubscribe from all communications, we will delete your contact information within a reasonable period, except where retention is required by law (for example, to honor SMS opt-out records).

The Site is operated in and directed to users in the United States. We do not currently offer the Site to users outside the United States. If you access the Site from outside the United States, you do so at your own initiative and are responsible for compliance with local laws.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Effective Date” at the top of this page. If changes are material, we will notify waitlist subscribers by email.
